Vikingbond OÜ finances Estonian businesses from the Maakri quarter. In this house the word "bond" means what it meant before finance borrowed it — a written promise, kept. It does not mean securities, and it does not mean your money in our hands.
A strong name obliges a company to draw its own limits, loudly. These are ours, and they are not small print:
Credit to Estonian companies, each facility tied to a purpose and a source of repayment — and priced as a written total, never as a friendly monthly figure with the rest in shadow.
A fixed sum for the gap between paying suppliers and being paid.
Assets that earn from day one, on terms matched to their working life.
Inventory or a confirmed order larger than reserves, repaid on settlement.
Advances against invoices to reliable buyers on long terms.
One facility replacing costlier debt — only when the written total falls.
No private loans of any kind. Consumer credit requires its own licence; we neither hold nor claim one.
Demand them from every lender, including this one. A promise that avoids paper is priced accordingly.
Every fact on this page can be checked in minutes, in English, for free. Do it before trusting anyone — this office included.
What the money is for, what repays it, by when you need it.
Registry data and recent figures, read by a person.
Total, rate, schedule, early-exit terms. Take it away and read it.
Business account to business account, under the signed contract.
No. Despite the name, we issue no bonds, notes or securities and accept no investments or deposits from anyone. The capital we lend is our own. Any "investment offer" carrying our name is fraud and should be reported.
No. We provide no exchange, custody, transfer or any other service involving virtual currencies or crypto-assets. In Estonia such services require their own authorisation; we hold none and offer none. Treat any crypto proposal in our name as fraudulent.
Usually, yes. Bank credit is normally cheaper, and if your bank will fund you on a workable timetable, take it. A lender like us earns its place on speed, smaller amounts and files that don't fit a bank's scorecard.
No. Companies and business operators only, for business purposes. Consumer lending requires a Finantsinspektsioon authorisation, which we do not hold — so we decline every private request, without exception.
They depend on amount, term, purpose and security, so a single printed number would mislead nearly everyone. What is fixed is the form of the answer: total, annual rate, schedule and early-exit cost, in writing, before you decide.
Tell us the purpose and the source of repayment. Everything that matters afterwards arrives on paper, where it can be checked.
